Blair Schrock comes to Michael Saunders & Company with 35 years of experience in sales and sales management. Prior to moving to Sarasota, he lived in Fort Collins, CO, where he was the Western Regional Business Manager for a company specializing in the engineering and manufacturing of fire trucks and emergency response vehicles. Previously, Blair worked in the same industry in Atlanta, where he was responsible for overall sales and dealership management in seven Southeastern states and all of Canada, which consisted of eight dealerships and 50 sales representatives. In this role, he consistently grew annual revenues and market share to become the leading territory.
As a sales professional, Blair regularly held top performance records in business development, sales growth, and territory management. He is self-motivated and resourceful, and his long career in sales has given him the knowledge and ability to effectively handle difficult situations with positive outcomes for all. Blair understands the importance of listening to customers’ needs and is an expert at developing and executing strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
